Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees apply from the date your written request is received.

  • More than 45 days before departure: USD 100 per person.
  • 30–45 days before departure: 10% of the full payment per person.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 30% of the full payment per person.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the full payment per person.
  • 0–6 days before departure: 100% of the full payment per person.

      Cancellation policy

      In the event that you need to cancel your trip, please ensure that you submit a written cancellation request. The calculation of cancellation fees will begin from the date we receive your written request.

      The cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:

      If the cancellation is made more than 45 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of USD 100 per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 45 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 10% of the full payment per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 30% of the full payment per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 50% of the full payment per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 6 and 0 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 100% of the full payment per person will apply.

      Passport details are required in advance for train tickets and attractions that operate real-name reservations.

      The itinerary involves moderate walking, including uneven surfaces and steps in historic gardens, temples and scenic areas.

      The visiting order may be adjusted according to opening hours, ticket availability, weather and local traffic conditions.
