Cancellation policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees apply from the date your written request is received.

  • More than 45 days before departure: USD 100 per person.
  • 30–45 days before departure: 10% of the full payment per person.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 30% of the full payment per person.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the full payment per person.
  • 0–6 days before departure: 100% of the full payment per person.

      Cancellation policy

      In the event that you need to cancel your trip, please ensure that you submit a written cancellation request. The calculation of cancellation fees will begin from the date we receive your written request.

      The cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:

      If the cancellation is made more than 45 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of USD 100 per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 45 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 10% of the full payment per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 30% of the full payment per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 50% of the full payment per person will apply.

      If the cancellation is made between 6 and 0 days before the scheduled departure date, a fee of 100% of the full payment per person will apply.

      Passport details may be required in advance for transport tickets and attractions that operate real-name reservations.

      The itinerary includes walking on uneven surfaces and visits to high-altitude mountain areas; guests should assess their fitness and health before travel.

      The visiting order may be adjusted according to cableway operation, ticket availability, weather, road conditions and local traffic.
